I love Christmas. The whole big mess that it sometimes becomes, whilst stressfully scrambling to get everything done in time. In the last two years or so I have tried not to stress too much and get things done ahead of time, gifts and such. But, there are always a few gifts that just get left until the last minute. I am so going to try to not go there this year and enjoy the season more.
Because of my job, I have already decorated two Christmas trees and gone on a shoot up north to shoot some short clips with some real santa clauses. So this year my Christmas enthusiasm was awakened unusually early, and I have had to use quite some willpower as not to decorate already. Am waiting “patiently” for next weekend, or Sunday, the first of the “advent”, to put up some lights…..and more xmas stuff, yay!. I kind of cheated today though, when I bought two felted mushroomy thingies, and green candles… They now live in the window, with the tiny chipped little bambi statue. Sneaking Christmas in….but I am o.k. with that.
